Terms & Conditions
Effective date: 11 October 2026
Service Provider
Individual Entrepreneur VALERIIA GERIUGOVA (the “Provider”, “we”, “us”), an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia, Identification Number 155823070.
Registered address: Georgia, Batumi, Giorgi Leonidze Street, No. 4e, Building No. 2, 6th Floor, Apartment No. 75. Website: https://leranutri.com. Email: y.valerie98@gmail.com.
1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms govern orders placed through leranutri.com or an individual payment link issued by the Provider for the online educational services described in the order or package description (the “Program”). The current Refund & Cancellation Policy, Service Delivery Policy and Privacy Policy are available through the website and, where applicable, form part of the contract.
The customer (“Client”, “you”) must have the opportunity to review the Program, total price, payment terms and these Terms before submitting a payment. Your purchase creates a contract once your order is accepted and payment is confirmed. We will provide electronic confirmation of the contract, the selected Program and its price in a form you can retain.
2. Nature of the services
Programs provide online education on nutrition, meal planning, food habits, lifestyle and fitness. Depending on the selected package, they may include food-record review for educational purposes, access to educational materials, individualized educational feedback, practical assignments, and scheduled online communications. Specific inclusions, response arrangements, duration and price are stated in the package description given before purchase.
These are educational and lifestyle services, not medical services. We do not offer diagnosis, medical treatment, medical prescriptions or urgent care, and participation does not guarantee a particular weight, fitness or other result.
Where appropriate for a particular educational topic, the Provider may obtain input or specialist assistance from independent external professionals in related fields. The Provider remains responsible to the Client for the agreed Services. No additional charges are imposed for such input without prior agreement.
3. Program structure and price allocation
Each Program consists of the following distinct educational components, described and priced separately to the Client before payment:
Initial Educational Module — 40% of the total Program price. This may include the initial review of a Client’s usual eating routine, introduction to educational resources, personalized educational guidance and initial practical adjustments, insofar as included in the purchased package.
Ongoing Educational Support — 60% of the total Program price. This covers the stated number of ongoing support weeks and the educational feedback and support included in the purchased package.
The checkout or written quotation must show the monetary price of each component and the number of ongoing support weeks. The two components represent real, separately identifiable activities; the 40% allocation is not a non-refundable deposit and is not automatically earned upon payment or mere opening of access.
The price of a completed ongoing support week, for ordinary contract accounting, equals 60% of the agreed Program price divided by the number of ongoing support weeks shown in the selected package. If an initial module is not fully delivered, its completed portion is assessed according to demonstrable services provided and applicable law.
4. Start date and delivery
Payment reserves the purchased Program. The Program does not begin automatically on the payment date. The start date is agreed individually and confirmed by an electronic message, such as email or the agreed messenger. The Program duration runs from that confirmed start date.
Instructions for joining and accessing the materials are sent according to the Service Delivery Policy. The Provider may use online educational platforms, email, and communications services notified to the Client. Necessary technical requirements (internet access and compatible device) are the Client’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated.
5. Fees and payment
Prices, currencies, any taxes and all mandatory charges are disclosed before payment. Payments are accepted through third-party payment services, which may include Flitt and Keepz. The Provider does not request Clients to send full card numbers or card verification codes by message.
Where the Client selects an installment arrangement, its total price, payment amounts, dates and consequences of missed payments must be provided before purchase. Installment payment for a fixed-length Program does not by itself create an automatically renewing subscription. No recurring payment will be collected without clear prior disclosure and any legally required authorization.
We may suspend future delivery for overdue installments after reasonable notice, subject to applicable law and the specific agreed payment arrangement.
6. Client participation and use of materials
The Client agrees to give accurate information where reasonably necessary to provide educational feedback and to engage respectfully during communications. The Client may decide which lifestyle changes to adopt; they remain responsible for their personal decisions. The Provider will deliver the agreed components with reasonable care.
Program materials are licensed for the Client’s personal non-commercial use for the specified access period. The Client may not publicly redistribute or sell them without permission, subject to mandatory exceptions.
Non-attendance or failure to submit information does not automatically cancel the contract. Availability of any scheduled session or support period will be evaluated against the agreed package and applicable consumer rights, rather than an automatic rule that all future services have been delivered.
7. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
The Refund & Cancellation Policy available at https://leranutri.com/en/legal/refund.html governs requests for cancellation and refunds and is incorporated into these Terms.
Before the individually confirmed start date, where no paid service has been supplied, cancellation results in a full refund.
After commencement, subject to mandatory consumer rights, refundable amounts are calculated from the amount paid after deducting only the lawful, demonstrable value of the Initial Educational Module actually delivered (up to its allocated 40%) and completed weeks of Ongoing Educational Support (from the allocated 60%), plus any other amounts lawfully recoverable.
Eligible consumers may be entitled to withdraw from distance service contracts within 14 calendar days of contract conclusion. If services are requested during that statutory period, we will ask for a separate express request and provide the applicable notice. Statutory rights and any statutory limits on deductions always take precedence over the ordinary allocation formula.
8. Privacy and third-party services
Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy at https://leranutri.com/en/legal/privacy.html. Any use of information about health, weight, dietary circumstances or comparable information is addressed separately under applicable data-protection rules. Such information is not treated as unrestricted merely because the Program is educational.
Where independent external professionals are consulted, only the information necessary for the task will be shared, subject to an appropriate lawful basis, confidentiality and data-protection safeguards. The Provider remains the Client’s contractual point of contact.
Marketing subscriptions and permission to publish testimonials, photographs or results are separate choices and are not prerequisites to buying a Program.
9. Complaints and communications
For complaints or questions, including cancellation and privacy concerns, contact y.valerie98@gmail.com. Provide a name and order reference sufficient to identify the purchase; do not send payment-card security information.
Messages and legal notices may be sent by email or another agreed electronic channel where permitted. Withdrawal requests may be made by a clear statement; a reason is not required for a statutory no-reason withdrawal.
10. Changes, liability and governing law
These Terms may be updated for future purchases. The version agreed when the order was placed governs that order unless a change is agreed or required by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights which cannot legally be excluded. The contract is governed by Georgian law, without depriving eligible consumers of mandatory protections that apply under the rules governing their particular contract, including applicable EU consumer protections. Nothing restricts legally available complaint or dispute-resolution channels.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
