Service Provider
Individual Entrepreneur VALERIIA GERIUGOVA (the “Provider”, “we”, “us”), an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia, Identification Number 155823070.
Registered address: Georgia, Batumi, Giorgi Leonidze Street, No. 4e, Building No. 2, 6th Floor, Apartment No. 75. Website: https://leranutri.com. Email: y.valerie98@gmail.com.
1. Purpose of this Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the Provider collects, uses, shares, stores and protects personal information relating to visitors of leranutri.com, applicants and people participating in our online nutrition education, healthy-habit and fitness-education Programs. The Provider acts as the controller of personal data for the purposes described below.
Questions or privacy requests may be sent to y.valerie98@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
Contact and account information: name, email, telephone number, contact preferences and username or identifier in a chosen messenger.
Order and payment information: Program selected, price, transaction identifier, billing/payment status and refund records. Card details are processed by the payment provider rather than requested by us directly.
Program information voluntarily provided: food and meal records, lifestyle preferences, exercise habits, progress updates, measurements, photographs or relevant personal circumstances, depending on the Program and what you choose to disclose.
Communications: questions, requests, educational assignments, responses and feedback supplied during the Program.
Instagram Direct messages: if you contact us via Instagram Direct, we receive your Instagram username, profile name and account identifier, the messages you send us and our replies, the date and time of messages, and, where applicable, information about the ad, link or story that led you to message us. We do not download photos, videos or other attachments.
Website usage information: browser, device, IP address, cookies and similar technical information to the extent actually collected by the website and its configured services.
Information about weight, health circumstances, body measurements or certain photographs can reveal information about health and may be treated as sensitive or special-category data under applicable law, even though the Services themselves are educational and not medical.
3. Why we process information and our legal grounds
To answer enquiries, register purchases, schedule start dates, provide Program access and deliver educational services: contract performance or pre-contract steps.
To process payments, issue order confirmations, maintain transaction records and comply with legal obligations: contract performance and legal compliance.
To safeguard the website, respond to complaints, prevent fraud and defend legal claims: legitimate interests or another lawful basis where permitted, balanced against individual rights.
To send optional promotional emails or messages: consent where required. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To process sensitive or special-category information where necessary for individualized educational feedback: a separate valid legal basis, including explicit consent where required. Optional data should not be supplied unless the Client has been informed of its use.
To publish identifiable testimonials, progress photos or before/after images: separate permission with a clear description of the intended use.
We do not rely on consent as the only legal basis for every aspect of contract performance. Where processing is based on consent, withdrawing it does not affect lawful processing that occurred before withdrawal, and other legal obligations may still require limited record retention.
4. Who receives information
Personal information is accessible only to the Provider and, where necessary for a particular purpose, external service suppliers such as payment processors (including Flitt and/or Keepz), hosting and communications platforms, recordkeeping or bookkeeping providers, and independent external specialists engaged for specific educational topics.
External providers receive data only where needed for the relevant purpose and under appropriate safeguards. We may disclose information to public authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
Material services currently used: Netlify (website hosting), Google Fonts (font delivery), Telegram (messenger communication), Meta Platforms (Instagram messaging via the official Instagram API), Anthropic (AI processing of enquiry messages to summarise requests and maintain our client records; data is not used to train their models), Google Gmail (email), Google Sheets (storage of client records), Flitt and/or Keepz (payment processing). The English-language pages of the website do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
5. International transfers
Because our Clients may be located outside Georgia and we may use foreign technology services, personal information may be processed in other countries. We use the safeguards required by the laws applicable to a transfer, including any necessary contracts, assessments or other legal mechanisms. Further details are available on request.
6. Retention and security
We keep personal information for no longer than is reasonably necessary for the purposes explained here, subject to legal tax and accounting obligations, dispute requirements and applicable retention rules.
Retention periods: enquiry data — up to 12 months after the last contact; Program records and correspondence — up to 3 years after the end of the Program; payment and accounting records — for the period required by Georgian tax and accounting law; separately consented testimonials — until consent is withdrawn, subject to law.
We use reasonable access controls, limited access, confidential communications and appropriate technical and organizational measures. No online service can guarantee perfect security.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on the applicable law and your circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, receive a copy of, erase or restrict the use of personal information; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or complain to a data-protection authority.
To make a request, write to y.valerie98@gmail.com. We may verify your identity using a proportionate method. We will respond in the periods required under the law applicable to your request. Some information cannot be deleted immediately where we must keep it for lawful accounting, security or legal reasons.
Data deletion: to request deletion of data we received via Instagram, send a Direct message to @lera.gerugova or an email to y.valerie98@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion”. We will delete your messages and related records within 30 days, except where we must retain information for legal or accounting reasons.
8. Marketing, cookies and social media
Promotional communications are sent in accordance with applicable consent and direct-marketing rules. You may opt out using the unsubscribe method or by writing to us.
The website may use essential cookies necessary for its operation and, if enabled, optional analytics or marketing technologies. Non-essential cookies, where consent is required, are not activated before a valid choice.
Communication through external social or messaging platforms is also subject to those providers’ own privacy terms.
9. Children, updates and contact
The Programs are offered to adults aged 18 or over. We do not intentionally provide Programs to children or knowingly collect their Program data for this purpose.
We may revise this Policy to reflect service, processing or legal changes. The updated version will appear on the website with a new effective date. Where legally required, we will notify affected individuals of material changes.
Effective date: 17 October 2026. Privacy contact: y.valerie98@gmail.com.
