Individual Entrepreneur VALERIIA GERIUGOVA (the “Provider”, “we”, “us”), an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia, Identification Number 155823070.

1. What is delivered

We provide remotely delivered education in nutrition, everyday food habits, lifestyle and fitness. The purchased package description specifies duration, included modules, educational materials, feedback and any sessions. No physical item is shipped.

The Program includes a separately priced Initial Educational Module (40% of the total package price) and Ongoing Educational Support (60%). See the Terms & Conditions for their scope and the Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellation.

2. Start date is individually agreed

Paying for a Program does not start the Program immediately. Following payment, we contact the Client or respond through the communication channel agreed during purchase to coordinate the start date. The agreed date is confirmed electronically.

The Program duration is counted from the confirmed date. If the Client has not yet started the Program, the purchase confirmation alone does not mean that paid educational services have been performed.

After the Client agrees to the start date, we will provide relevant access instructions in time for participation, using email and the Telegram messenger.

3. Initial Educational Module

At the beginning of the Program, the Provider delivers the initial educational component, which may include a review of usual meal patterns, introductory resources, explanation of the working method and individualized initial educational adjustments, as specified in the purchased package.

The Initial Educational Module has an allocated price of 40% of the total Program price. Its full value is attributed only after the described module has actually been delivered; an incomplete module is not treated as fully performed merely because access was opened.

4. Ongoing Educational Support

After the initial component, the Provider makes available the ongoing educational support stated in the Program, in the agreed duration and frequency. Its price is allocated as 60% of the total Program price across the stated number of support weeks.

The Client receives educational feedback, access to specified learning resources and communication opportunities described for the selected package. The specific channels, weekly pattern and response arrangements are defined in the package description at https://leranutri.com/en/price.html and the electronic purchase confirmation.

5. Technical support and delays

Participation requires a working internet connection and compatible communication device. If a platform becomes unavailable or a delivery issue is attributable to the Provider, the Provider will offer reasonable alternative access or scheduling and address any applicable consumer remedies.

For access problems, scheduling or support requests, contact y.valerie98@gmail.com. Any material change to the agreed services will be discussed with the Client.

6. Canceling participation

Clients may request cancellation by contacting y.valerie98@gmail.com. The Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how delivered initial work, completed support weeks and mandatory statutory rights are handled. This Policy does not override consumer rights that apply by law.

Effective date: 11 October 2026.
